The study, titled’ Yoga a highly effective program for self management of stress related problems as well as health throughout Covid-19 lockdown: A cross-sectional study’, has been printed in the journal’ Plos One’. It was done by a team of experts from the National Resource Centre for Value Education in Engineering (NRCVEE) at IIT-D.
